Privacy Policy

When you sign up we collect your phone number or email address to verify your identity. Scorers and organizers record game events — shots, fouls, rebounds — on your behalf or on behalf of players at the table. We also collect standard usage data such as device type and the pages you visit.

We use your information to operate leagues, derive statistics from game events, and display public game reports and player profiles. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Game reports, standings, and player profiles are public by design — that is the product. If your account is linked to a player profile, your stats and career history will be visible without a login. You can choose not to claim a profile if you prefer to stay unclaimed.

You can claim or manage your player profile at any time from the app. To request deletion of your account or ask about your data, email us at hello@hoophub.ca.
