Photos you upload, posts you write, team and league names you register, and game data you enter belong to you. By adding content to HoopHub you grant us the licence described in our Terms of Service to host, resize, and display it on the product surfaces it exists for — game reports, standings, team pages, and player profiles. Delete your content and that licence ends with it.

The facts of a basketball game — who played, who scored, who won — belong to no one. HoopHub owns the selection, arrangement, and presentation of those facts: our box scores, shot charts, standings pages, and share cards. You are welcome to share your own stat pages and share cards anywhere; please do not scrape or republish HoopHub's compiled datasets wholesale without permission.

“HoopHub”, the HoopHub logo, and the “Every league. One HoopID.” tagline are trademarks of HoopHub. You may reference them to describe the product truthfully; you may not use them in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement we haven't given.

Sample and demonstration imagery on HoopHub comes from public-domain and CC0 sources. Names, logos, and photos uploaded by leagues and teams — including sponsor logos — remain the property of their respective owners, who are responsible for having the right to use them. Third-party marks appearing on HoopHub do not imply any affiliation with us.

If you believe content on HoopHub infringes your copyright, email hello@hoophub.ca with a link to the content, a description of the work you believe is infringed, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We review every notice and will remove or restrict infringing content promptly.
